At ANNA KEY, we believe that the unboxing experience should be as memorable as the product itself. Every order is meticulously inspected, wrapped in our signature luxury packaging, and dispatched with care to ensure your handcrafted keychain arrives in pristine condition. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your orders across India.

1. Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed and payment is successfully received, our team begins preparing your package. Here is a detailed breakdown of our processing timeline:

Note: Processing times are calculated in business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays and public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on Sundays/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Charges

We strive to offer competitive and transparent shipping rates. Our shipping charges are as follows:

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges.

3. Delivery Timelines

After your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery timelines depend on your location within India:

Important: These are estimated delivery timelines and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier partner delays, local holidays, or unforeseen logistical challenges. ANNA KEY is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

4. Courier Partners

We partner with India's most trusted and reliable logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your luxury keychains:

  • Delhivery: Our primary shipping partner for pan-India deliveries, offering real-time tracking and reliable service.
  • Blue Dart: Used for express shipments and metro city deliveries, known for speed and security.
  • DTDC: Extended coverage for Tier-2, Tier-3 cities and semi-urban areas across India.
  • India Post (Speed Post): Used for remote and rural areas where private couriers have limited reach.

The courier partner for your order is selected based on your delivery location, order value, and shipping speed preference. You will receive the courier partner details along with your tracking number in the dispatch confirmation email.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Dispatch Confirmation email and SMS containing:

  • Your unique Order ID and AWB (Airway Bill) tracking number
  • Name of the courier partner handling your shipment
  • A direct tracking link to monitor your package in real-time
  • Estimated delivery date based on your location

You can also track your order at any time by visiting our Track Your Order page and entering your Order ID or AWB number. If you face any issues with tracking, please contact us at bookkey@annakey.shop.

6. Luxury Packaging

Every ANNA KEY product is packaged with meticulous attention to detail, reflecting the luxury and craftsmanship of the piece inside:

  • Inner Protection: Each keychain is wrapped in premium microfiber cloth to prevent scratches and protect the finish.
  • Signature Box: Placed in a custom-designed ANNA KEY presentation box with magnetic closure, lined with velvet interior.
  • Certificate of Authenticity: Every order includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity confirming the materials, craftsmanship, and origin of your piece.
  • Care Guide: A detailed care instruction card is included to help you maintain the beauty and longevity of your keychain.
  • Outer Packaging: The presentation box is placed in a sturdy corrugated shipping box with bubble wrap and foam inserts for maximum protection during transit.
  • Tamper-Proof Seal: All packages are sealed with ANNA KEY branded tamper-proof tape for security.

7. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts at the shipping address provided. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the following process applies:

  • The courier will contact you via phone/SMS before each delivery attempt.
  • If you are unavailable, you may reschedule the delivery by contacting the courier directly using the tracking link provided.
  • After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse (Return to Origin — RTO).
  • Once we receive the returned package, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping charges of ₹100 will apply.
  • If re-shipment is not requested within 15 days of RTO, a refund will be processed minus the original shipping charges and a ₹100 restocking fee.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. ANNA KEY is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply as outlined in Section 7 above.

Please ensure your shipping address includes: full name, flat/house number, building/apartment name, street/road name, landmark, city, state, and PIN code.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

9.1 Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  • Document the damage by taking clear photographs of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the product itself.
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at bookkey@annakey.shop with your Order ID and photographs.
  • Do not discard the packaging or the product until the claim is resolved.
  • Upon verification, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund at your preference.

9.2 Lost in Transit

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, or if the courier confirms the package is lost:

  • Contact us immediately at bookkey@annakey.shop with your Order ID and tracking details.
  • We will initiate an investigation with the courier partner within 24 hours.
  • If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer you a choice of a full replacement (subject to stock availability) or a complete refund.
  • Lost shipment claims must be raised within 15 days of the expected delivery date.

10. International Shipping

At this time, ANNA KEY ships exclusively within India. We do not currently offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities and hope to serve our international patrons in the near future. Please check back for updates or subscribe to our newsletter for announcements.

11. Shipping Restrictions

While we deliver to most PIN codes across India, there may be certain remote locations where our courier partners have limited or no coverage. If your delivery address falls outside our serviceable area, we will notify you within 24 hours of order placement and offer the following options:

  • Provide an alternative delivery address within our serviceable area
  • Ship via India Post (Speed Post) which covers most Indian PIN codes, though delivery may take longer
  • Cancel the order for a full refund
